Shipping & Returns


All orders over $150 USD ship free to the contiguous 48 states within the U.S. Otherwise, you'll be charged a small shipping fee at checkout based on the number of items you've ordered and where it needs to go. We're proud to offer the best possible shipping rates through our fulfillment partner and pass those costs directly to you.

All orders are shipped from our facility in Southern California within 2-3 business days of being placed. You'll receive an email with tracking info once your order has shipped. Depending on where you live, it may take a little longer to reach you, but rest assured it'll be on its way.

Please make sure to double check all shipping information entered when you're checking out. Once your order is placed, we'll be unable to change it.

Sometimes it just wasn’t mean to be. That’s OK. All orders on UGIV Market can be returned for a full refund - less the amount of your claimed donation funds - within 14 days of the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached, unless we’ve already approved it via email.  

To initiate your return, please visit our easy-to-use Returns Portal [LINK] and follow the steps. Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, you’ll receive a refund for the item cost, less any claimed donation funds. If you have yet to create your Uncommon Giving account and claim your donation funds, you will be refunded the full amount.

In certain situations, we may be able to exchange items that don’t fit or are damaged, or swap things out if you received the wrong item altogether. Items may be exchanged for free within 14 days of the order being placed. You can request an exchange through our Returns Portal [LINK] and follow the steps to get the item you want.

Once an exchange has been initiated and approved, we’ll ask you to send the item back to our warehouse. Once we’ve received it, we’ll have your replace order sent out in no time.
